WHAT????

No, really. WTF???

And if you're not considering having cosmetic toe amputation (LA surgeons have been offering this procedure for some time now, in order to help women fit into super-high shoes more easily) bear in mind that if you're going to subscribe to this trend, you're going to have to put the work in. Simply meeting friends, getting to your table in a restaurant or even visiting the loo will require military precision. Putting one foot before the other in super-high stilettos is anything but simple.

wow. People voluntarily amputate healthy toes to fit into shoes? I wonder what is the lowest recorded IQ level for a human? Is it lower than primates?

Yep - heard of this before. And just hearing of it / reading about it is enough to make MY toes curl in, in absolute terror... Admitted, I like high heels, but not insanely high heels. What are these women doing, actively trying to cripple themselves? *eye roll*

wasnt there an even more grisly trend of women getting some ribs removed at the bottom of the rib cage to get a better silhouette.

guess if you are buying 600 dollar stilettos , you might as well make your stubby toes smaller so that you look nice wearing them

I have never understood the appeal of uncomfortable shoes. i have seen women squeeze into small high heels and it looks dreadful, with jowls of red flesh overhanging the skimpy heels
