It's National Poetry Day today!

And to show my appreciation for poetry, I will refrain from writing any.

It's no joke to invent a pun
Writing a poem is also not fun
Coming up with a limerick
Is at best a bit of a shtick -
Now I wish I had never begun!

What? A limerick isn't real poetry! That's my excuse and I'm sticking with it.
